Zebrafish Retina Electrode Recommendation
For Adult Zebrafish Retina and where the eye is left for a while after the electroporation we recommend:
For Larval Zebrafish Retina (which is quite small, 10microns) it may not be possible to inject DNA buffer. Accordingly, we suggest that electroporation is performed after the larval zebrafish eye is taken out. Once this is done and one intends culturing the retinae, then we recommend our petridish-type electrode. The following configurations are possible:

This link refers to the work of Dr. Thummel of the University of Notre Dame who is working on the delivery of gens into adult zebrafish retina by electroporation. In the experiment, as the adult zebrafish is used and the eye is left for a while after electroporation, CUY650P3 (tweezers-type electrode) is used.
