In Utero – Mouse Embryos – E13.5 – with CUY650P5

 Please contact SONIDEL for EP Conditions for In Utero Mouse Embryos E13.5 (with the CUY650P5 electrode).

Please make sure you:

          try all 4 attached parameters

          record the Ω measurement prior to delivering the EP pulse

o    the correct resistance range for mouse in-utero EP is: < 500 Ω

o    make sure your Ω measurement, prior to EP, is within this range

          record the feedback data that appears on the face of the NEPA21 after delivering each pulse

In the Measurement section of the attached excel sheet, please record:

o    Poring Pulse A and J and

o    Transfer Pulse A and J

          record your observations in the Results section of the attached excel sheet

o    Viability % and Transfection Efficiency % data and photos are very useful to assist us analyse your results

 

When you complete the attached excel sheet, please send it back to us as soon as you can.  We will review it and get back to you with suggested optimisations (if we think that appropriate).
