The SONIDEL STK-10® Transfection KIT is the world's first Positive Control for Ultrasound-mediated Transfection. It has been specifically designed to enable ultrasound-mediated transfection of a mammalian cell line with a reporter plasmid (GFP expression). It has also been optimised for the SONIDEL SP100 sonoporator (the SP100
having 5 optimised programs). The operator may also employ the kit to
facilitate transfection of tissues and suggestions relating to exposure
conditions and protocols may be obtained from SONIDEL Limited.
The displayed image is in vitro expression of EGFP following transfection of HeLa cells with the SONIDEL STK-10® Transfection KIT, using the SONIDEL SP100 sonoporator.
