Novel 2-Step Pulse Regime Electroporation System for In Vivo and In Vitro (including cells in adherence and cells in suspension) Applications
The NEPA21 Electroporator is our latest and most sophisticated electroporation device to-date. It is the successor to the hugely popular CUY21SC and CUY21EDIT electroporator range.
.
.
NEPA21 The NEPA21 Electroporator is based on the same platform and core technology that made the CUY21EDIT and CUY21SC devices leaders in their class. The major innovations in the NEPA21system are its novel 2-Step Pulse regime and polarity exchange capability.
2-STEP PULSE REGIME AND POLARITY EXCHANGE:
Conscious that excellent transfection efficiency and cell viability is achievable using the Single-Step pulse regimes delivered by the CUY21SC and CUY21EDIT systems and that this performance is still the market-leading benchmark performance standard, we have ensured that the NEPA21 device can also deliver the Single-Step pulse regimes of those systems. The effect of this innovation is that the NEPA21 system not only incorporates the full In Vivo, In Utero, In Ovo and Ex Vivo application ranges of the original CUY21EDIT and CUY21SC devices, but it also includes a completely new novel In Vitro (Suspended Cells and Adherent Cell) application range.
Moreover, the NEPA21 system also affords the user considerably lower operating-cost advantages for Suspended Cell and Adherent Cell (in commercially available cell culture plates) applications as the system is designed such that there is no requirement for expensive specialised reagents.
