c.     No recurrence was seen even 3 years after treatment.

Voltage: 150V (Electric field strength: 50/cm)

Pulses:

4 pulses of 250ms (On: 50ms, Off: 200ms)

6 pulses of 167ms (On: 50ms, Off: 117ms)
