Microfluidic Chamber
Electrode Recommendation:
We recommend the CUY611P3C (Platinum chopstick electrodes, 3mm bend, 2/package) electrode for Microfluidic Chambers.
If one electrode is placed at the left side of the channel and the other at the right side, electroporation may be performed. However, as there is 20mm between the electrodes, the gap distance may be too large for successful electroporation.
In terms of methodology, it is required that the researcher holds the electrode by hand, so a cable (with plug attached) will be attached to each electrode. For your further information, only the tip of the electrode is conductive.
